Life Lessons for Mastering the Law of Attraction: 7 Essential Ingredients for Living a Prosperous Life

“Living Full Out”
by Jeanna Gabellini

Many of you know I love a good game of "Truth or Dare." It's scary and yet thrilling. Daring my clients and class participants to do something they are scared to do is a common practice. Sometimes, all we need is someone to ask us to do the very thing we've been wanting to do. We need a little nudge. Somebody to care enough about our desires and provoke action. Sometimes, I ask the simple question, "What do you really want? If you had a magic wand?" These small things lead to great action and have us live more fully.

Here's my truth: On a scale of 1-10, I probably live at a 7 when it comes to living full out. I don't always do what I really want. Many times I don't say what I really want to say. Some goals I take action on and others I leave dangling for someday. Most of what prevents me from living full out is simply two of my loudest Gremlins. Their names are "I don't know how" and "What will they think." Yep! If I can't figure out how to make a goal happen in a short time, I get frustrated and irritated with that goal. Of course, from that perspective I'll never find a solution. Then it gets put on a back burner until I get mad enough to do something about it or some fabulous person gives me a little nudge.

The other Gremlin is pure ego. I simply don't want to be judged by others. Well, guess what? Everybody is always judging. That's how we humans are. But the worst judging that happens is from yours truly. I am in constant judgment about myself. Sounds silly when you look at logically. Alright, enough about my truth. What's yours?

Do you truly live full out? Do you let nothing get in the way of you being totally authentic? Do you tell people how much you love them? Do you ask for what you want or are you more concerned about being appropriate? Do you ask yourself on a daily basis what you want to create and feel today?

If this was the last 6 months of your life and you were in perfect health what would you do? What if money wasn't an object? What grudges would you let go of? What conversations would you have? What places would you visit? What would you be scared to do but you'd go for it anyway?

If I waited until I was not scared or ready to take action, I wouldn't have experienced the most precious and thrilling things in my life currently. A few weeks back I took a small adventure that probably was one of the most spontaneous and joyful times of my life. I had wanted to go to this place for over a year. It took someone to simply ask me to go, and they wanted to go now. All I had to do is say yes.

All you have to do is say yes.

Say yes to giving, requesting, loving, receiving, signing up, booking the trip, making the purchase, doing the seminar, relaxing on the couch, laying in bed with your partner all day, taking the spa day, get in a helicopter, trek on a glacier, get married, let go of the relationship, dance on a table ... live a life with no regrets. Period. A life with full on joy and laughs is yours for the taking.

Say no to holding back, playing it safe, letting fear give you cold feet, feeling guilt or shame (the lowest vibrating emotions of them all), making "not enough money, time or resources" your excuse, giving attention to what "sucks" or what you don't want, forcing yourself to do things you can't stand, telling yourself that you are not good enough, criticizing, being lackful, responding to folks when you are highly reactive and anything that doesn't give you joy.

It's simple enough to live full out. All you have to do is do it. Make a choice to live that way and remind yourself constantly that this was your choice. I dare you. I dared myself and life is feeling a lot more like living. Ha! And I already thought life was great. How good can you stand it?!
